The Mercury Diaries
One of the blogs I follow is written by a woman, Aine Cheallaigh, who mercury-chelated herself well using Andy Cutler's protocol. Recently she posted about a new book by Daniel Forsyth called The Mercury Diaries. Daniel is a London bloke and it's nice to read about a male's mercury experience for a change (most mercury-toxic-and-aware-of-it people are women, in my experience at least).
My own mercury diaries will be coming one day as I continue on the QuickSilver IMD protocol, on which I'm feeling pretty good and energetic. I will write more about this soon.
Here’s what Aine wrote by way of introduction.
Sneak Preview of The Mercury Diaries!!!
It’s exciting times around here in this one-woman micro publishing house I run known as Capsule Press! Daniel Forsyth’s recovery memoir The Mercury Diaries is in the final stages of editing and will be unleashed onto the world in just a matter of weeks. This book has been a long time coming: I saw the first draft of these early chapters, what, three, four years ago? I loved them then and knew that the world really really needed to see them. And you know what? They’re even better now.

And here’s Aine’s book, Getting the Mercury Out.
I personally didn’t so as well using the Andy Cutler method - I write a little about that in a post about Quicksilver, but I did read of people who did do well. To each her own…as long as the mercury comes out!
